Noctambule Floor 1 Low Cylinder Small Base

Floor lamp emitting diffused light. Composed of interconnecting transparent blown-glass cylinders, supported by a large die-cast aluminium base for enhanced stability. Cylinders can be topped with a conical or semi-spherical shaped diffuser. Features hydroformed steel internal arms and injection-moulded optical opal silicone outer-ring diffusers. Supplied with pedal dimmer for 10–100% light adjustment. Wall-mounted power supply unit with interchangeable plugs included.

Designed by Konstantin Grcic, Noctambule takes its name from the French word for a ‘night owl’. By day, its transparent glass cylinders almost disappear into their surroundings. At night, LED rings at the intersections bring the lamp to life, creating luminous columns of light that can grow from three modules to towering heights. A masterful balance of restraint and drama, Noctambule is both system and sculpture, revealing its true character only when illuminated. Noctambule has received multiple design accolades.
